By accessing or using LanmarkOS, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

• Hotel and property information (property name, address, room configuration)
• Guest data entered into the system (names, contact details, payment information)
• Financial and transaction data processed through the platform
• Staff and employee records entered by property administrators
• Usage data and system logs generated by your interactions with LanmarkOS

LanmarkOS uses industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We operate a multi-tenant architecture with complete data isolation between properties. All data is stored on servers located in secure, certified data centres.

We perform daily automatic backups with 30-day retention. Access to your data is restricted through role-based permission controls, and all system actions are recorded in immutable audit logs.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g. payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers)
• When required by law, court order, or government authority
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of LanmarkOS, our users, or the public

6. Guest Data (Your Customers)

When you use LanmarkOS to manage your hotel guests, you act as the data controller for your guests' personal information. LanmarkOS acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis and consent to collect and process your guests' data, and for informing your guests about how their data is handled in accordance with applicable laws including NDPR (Nigeria) and GDPR (European Union).

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Following account deletion, we may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes for up to 7 years.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal data
